Hi and welcome to SmartGuy Properties. My name is Bradley Wiseman and I am proud to announce my independently owned and operated division of Keller Williams of Greater Lexington, Kentucky. Prior to earning my real estate license, I attended Sullivan University, first achieving my Associate’s of Arts in Culinary Arts and then receiving my Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Prior to that I split 14 years between the Air Force and Army, retiring in 2012. Between my tours of duty I served as a juvenile detention officer in Lubbock County, Texas and as a police officer in Okarche, Oklahoma. Following my retirement to the Bluegrass State, I found life to be mundane, having been use to working 10, sometimes 12-hour days in the military. I decided to first utilize my VA educational benefits to further my education. Nearing the end of my college education I decided to pursue my final career in real-estate. I had always been attracted to real-estate and flipping houses but was never able to pursue it professionally with my military duties, but now that I am retired, and have set roots permanently in Nelson County, I can finally pursue my dream job of helping buyers find their dream homes, helping sellers place their own paradises on the market and bring buyers to them, as well as investment opportunities for myself and my family. I am the biological father of two girls, and the foster father of anywhere between 4-8 children who just need a steady home life filled with love. My family hopes to permanently adopt some through the foster to adopt program. Eventually many of my children hope to follow me into real-estate and we hope to grow our business as a family. I am honest and thrive off my integrity and dedication to help others in their real-estate endeavors. My long history and work ethic show that I am not only a team player and hard worker, but that I also never give up. I will push past the “no’s” to figure out solutions to problems to achieve the final goal. I am very excited to speak with you about your real-estate goals and to help you achieve those. | ||
